1. Hi Admin, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us please about your own involvement in NeoProgress.

Let me introduce myself. I am David Brown. I used to be a trader in a well known investment company. At the same time I aimed to develop my own trading systems. In those days trading systems were the simplest programs to execute maximum two operations unlike updated robo traders. Now I am CEO of Neo Finance Limited and also head manager of our support department, I think that is very important to control all business and talk with our investors personally.

2. Can you give us some background information on NeoProgress? How many others are involved with the program or are you operating alone? How long have you been online?

NeoProgress is Neo Finance Limited project developed for about one and a half years. About ninety persons have been in the company’s employment at the current moment, and you can see the list of 44 local representatives on this link:
NeoProgress project had been created for two years and started to accept online investments at the end of winter this year. Monitoring services began to operate with us from March, 3 so we have had an overall lifetime of 235 days by now.

3. What plans are available to investors in NeoProgress? Explain them in detail to us. What ROIs are on offer. What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? What payment options are you accepting at the moment?

Impulse Fund is a test plan for those investors who want to learn about our project. Maximum compound rate is 10%. The Fund offers 1.5% profit per day for 30 business days period and $999 maximum deposit.

Progress Fund earns 1.8% profit on initial deposit per day during 60 business days. Maximum compound rate is 40%. Minimum deposit amount is $1000, maximum – $4999.

Pulsar Fund is now the most profitable fund for new investors. It provides 2% per day during 90 business days at 30% compound rate.

4. I know from experience that the more your plans cost to join the less likely HYIP investors are to trust it. Realistically people who can afford to join let’s say The Luxor Plan only spend money like that under the strict supervision of accountants or bank managers. If you lowered the price you would attract a lot more members and consequently in the long run a lot more money as well. What do you say to this?

We have mustered enough customers in Luxer Fund by the present time and accept no new investments in it. This fund might be opened in future if we need new investors in it.

5. How secure is the website of NeoProgress? What are you doing to protect it and members’ accounts from hackers? Are you on a dedicated server? Who is your host? What kind of anti-DDoS protection do you have?

In order to protect the transaction of the personal information against interception we use encrypted SSL technology, SSL Certificate from Comodo. User passwords are kept encrypted in server database and cannot be used by hackers even in case of penetration into to server. The dedicated server maximum protected against DDoS attacks is provided by Dragonara Alliance Ltd. In future we intend to introduce pass-cards for customers to confirm withdrawal or change of payment information.

6. Can we see any statistics regarding the site? How many members have joined since the beginning and how many are active at the moment? Are you pleased with the support from the members so far? How important a role do they play in bringing in new members?

Now we have over 15,000 customers whereof 6,000 are active investors. Like for any other company customer database is a very important factor in business development and turnover, and it is certainly important for us.

8. What have been the most common questions and problems you’ve had to deal with so far? Is there anything you wish to say here so that members can avoid having to contact you later?

9. How have you been promoting NeoProgress so far? What advertising strategy have you been using? How are you getting new members to join?

In summer we launched a promotional campaign on different HYIP monitoring sites but the results did not meet our expectations. We received multiple registrations and deposits from $10 to $1000 while the majority of the customers withdrew principals as soon as possible. Besides such “investors” uploaded our support service. As the result we had to raise minimum deposit up to $10 and gave up such promotional campaigns. Now we are working at offline advertising campaigns waged by our local representatives on our financing. These campaigns give us stable flow of investors into Progress and Pulsar funds.

10. What exactly are you doing with investors money? How are you investing it and how are you generating the profits being made to members?

11. Since NeoProgress was first launched there have been some changes made, most notably to the investment plans. Why was this necessary? In general how would you say the program has improved over the last number of months?

All changes as regards our funds investment terms have been important for increasing the stability of our activity in the long run. A solid piece of work has been done to improve our project, the majority of changes being made inside the project invisible to our customers. In my personal opinion now I manage balanced stable innovative investment business.

12. And following on from that, how do you plan to develop and improve it in the future? Do you have any plans for the coming weeks and months?

For the last two months we have been working up our site to mass localization in non-English speaking countries, so in the nearest future the site will become multilingual. Now there is organizing process to open local representative offices in different countries on the basis of our full financing of relevant expenses. We have many other prospects, we do not hurry and do everything consistently in the calculation over a long period.

13. And finally is there anything else you wish to say not covered in this interview? Anything in the review you may not agree with or wish to comment on? If you had just one more thing to say to the unconvinced about the merits of putting their money into your program, what would that be?

We want all capital providers to invest less into scams and Ponzi schemes but pay more attention to such strong companies like ours. In the nearest future we will publish our trade reports in Forex market. Opening new offices in many regions will make our business more open and transparent to all investors. We try not to waste time on reading and analyzing feedbacks on HYIP sites, our project reviews and comments on forums, etc. We are interested in long-term operation with offline investors that is another increasing business level.
